Read MoreFlorida will follow the corporate income tax relief granted by the IRS regarding tax return due dates for taxpayers affected by severe storms, tornadoes, and flooding. Eligible taxpayers that file Florida corporate income/franchise tax returns with original due dates or extended due dates falling on or after April 12, 2023, and before August 30, 2023, will now have a due date of August 30, 2023.
